Atlantic Campaigns is the race organiser of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge – the World’s Toughest Row.
Having worked in the sports and adventure industry for many years, and having taken part in this race in 2018, I now manage all of the company’s social media accounts.

I manage content creation, live videos, customer enquiries and am the point of contact for press, media and PR.

Rannoch Adventure

August 2017 – Oct 2019

Rannoch Adventure is the world’s leading manufacturer of ocean rowing boats.

I was originally asked to manage the company’s Instagram.
Within just a few weeks, they saw value in what I was creating and hired me to take care of all their social media accounts and website.

I created the #RowWithRannoch hashtag which brings a community feel around the company’s customers, which has had over 1,000 tags.

I also created video interviews with Rannoch Adventure’s customers, an educational video series for YouTube and Facebook, and collected 5* testimonials for Facebook and the company website.

360 Expeditions
Instagram Management
May 2019 – August 2019

360 Expeditions organise expedition all over the world from desert to mountains. They hired me on a 3 month agreement to kickstart their Instagram account which had been left by the way side.

I turbo boosted their account, increasing followers, interacting with customers, answers DMs, updating their profile and highlight reel and giving the account a makeover.

I set the account up ready for them to take management in house.


Tough Guy

January 2017 – June 2019

Tough Guy is considered Europe’s toughest obstacle course race, with the Winter race welcoming thousands of people from all over the world.

I identified the event would benefit from live streaming through Facebook. My team and I filmed a series of live videos, which reached over 100,000 people worldwide, resulting in ticket sales for the following year.

Aqua Marina

March 2018 – November 2018

Aqua Marina is a stand-up paddleboard company based in China distributing products all over the world.

I was hired on a 9-month agreement to kickstart and turbo-boost their social media channels. I started their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts from scratch.

They saw a steep increase in follower growth, along with their customers tagging them on social media.

I created a hashtag, #UltimateSUP, which had over 2,000 tags in 9 months. The hashtag is now used internationally and has created a community amongst the Aqua Marina customers.

Kiko Matthews

December 2017 – January 2018

World record holder Kiko Matthews became the fastest female to row solo across the Atlantic in January 2018.

I took care of her social media accounts and Mail Chimp newsletters everyday whilst she was at sea for 49 days.

I posted daily updates on Kiko’s social media platforms and had contact with her via email and telephone. It was my job to inform the world of her progress whilst she was out in the middle of the Atlantic.

Along with the support team of PR agents and website developers, I got Kiko trending to number 1 on Twitter for 1.5 days with the hashtag we created, #KikoRow. Kiko was then tweeted about by celebrities and national media as a result of her rowing efforts and my social media work.

ULTRA X
Social Media Management
October 2018 – December 2018

ULTRA X is a multi-day ultra marathon series with events all over the world.

I was hired on a 3-month agreement to help turbo-boost the companies social media accounts.

During the 6-day ultramarathon in Jordan, I posted daily social media updates with the participant’s progress, as well as providing emergency telephone and email support for friends, family and the race directors.

The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge is an annual Atlantic rowing event, where participants from all over the world row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic.

I live-streamed the start of the race from La Gomera which reached over 70,000 people worldwide!

Red Bull Neptunes Steps 2018

March 2018

Red Bull Neptunes Steps in a unique, annual open water swimming event in Scotland.
Participants plunge into the icy waters of a lock and swim, tackling numerous climbing obstacles as they go.

I streamed the event live through the Obstacle Race Magazine Facebook page to over 60,000 people.

Row For The Ocean

April 2018 – November 2018

I was part of an Atlantic rowing team, Row For The Ocean, who rowed 3,000 miles across the Atlantic ocean.

I took care of the team’s social media pages, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, helping us reach £110,000 corporate sponsorship.

I am now consulting other Atlantic ocean rowing teams on their social media to help them achieve corporate sponsorhsip.
