A Beginners Guide to an Ultra Marathon

In a few I’m taking part in the Ultra X Sri Lanka Ultra Marathon, running (shuffling) 250km over 5 days!

I’ve never done anything like this before so visited my friend and running coach Jordan Foster to get her top tips.

In this video, Jordan gives some AWESOME advice about her packing list, foot care, mindset and recovery. There are some really juicy tips in there! Things I hadn’t even thought of.
