Mindful Prehab Part 2 – Bodyweight Exercises with Weight

In this video I demonstrate the single limb exercises from Mindful Prehab with weights and a resistance band.

The ideal equipment you’ll need is:
– Kettlebell
– 2 small dumbbells
– 1 heavier dumbbell
– 1 mini resistance band – I like this one.

If you haven’t got this equipment, you can improvise with items from your home.
