That’s it. We’ve finished Sea School.
We have a license to use a VHF Radio and it’s valid for life. Amazing!
Thank you to Joe, our instructor for providing the best courses ever. You are a serious dude Joe! 🙏🏻
It was weird driving off the marines camp today after being there for 2 weeks. I’ll miss the gym, the cheap food, Dave the dog and the banter.
After a final beasting session in the gym, a cheap meal in the mess (Marine super size) we had a day at home. The only difference between your home and ours, is that ours moves.
So while MT relocated, I worked, snoozed, dribbled and planned our weekend.
After 6.5 hours, we’re now in Milton Keynes ready to hit up parkrun with Tekkers and co. tomorrow morning.
We miss running a lot, and look forward to clearing some cobwebs and loosening the limbs, which FYI are beyond stiff.

Not much else to report apart from us enjoying a 2-course meal, freeze-dried
Now laying in bed listening to the tail end of Storm Gertrude. Perfect.
Short & Sweet & not many pictures.
